RSCPA on the Monaro

The Raglan Gallery and Cultural Centre invites you to a gorgeous new exhibition
' RSPCA on the Monaro' opening on Saturday 30th November 2019 at 3pm.
It is a group show that includes artists exhibiting for the first time, to professionally
practising artists and curated by locally renowned artist Gillian Jenkins. This is the
fifth exhibition in the 'On the Monaro' series.
All exhibitions have showcased a range of artists and art works that explore the
diversity of life on the Monaro. This exhibition is quite special as it is also a
FUNDRAISER for the RSPCA Cooma branch, as the funding for their ongoing work
comes from local fund-raising events such as this exhibition.
The Snowy Monaro Regional Council and the Raglan Gallery and Cultural Centre
have generously contributed financially to this exhibition. Artists have responded
compassionately to this cause with works being donated by local and interstate
artists. Works include paintings, drawings, collage, prints, bags, photos, digital art
works, ceramics and sculptures.
The art works focus on animals and nature and are just too adorable to be missed.
The exhibition closes on the 5th February 2020.
The Raglan Gallery and Cultural Centre at 9-11 Lambie Street is open 10.30 - 3.30
Wednesday to Sunday. For more information please contact the Raglan Gallery on
